Juno Jones: Award-winning safety footwear, by women, for women. Our boots are crafted for a woman’s foot shape, ensuring all-day comfort and protection on the job. When our founder, Emily Soloby – a former women’s advocacy lawyer turned transportation industry executive – couldn’t find the boots she needed to protect her feet with the proper fit and style, she decided to create them herself, and Juno Jones was born.

Our mission is to empower women in the workplace with the footwear they need to stay safe. Ill-fitting gear leads to injuries, and at Juno Jones, we believe there’s no such thing as “unisex” safety footwear. Women’s feet are anthropometrically different from men’s. Juno Jones helps women feel safe, seen, and valued every day.

Building on this foundation of quality and understanding of working professionals’ needs, we’re proud to offer a growing men’s line, recently featured on the cover of Footwear Insight Magazine.
