Nouvie is a Chicago-based, 100% woman-owned, majority AAPI-owned de-alcoholized wine brand founded by sisters-in-law Faith and Fiona. We created Nouvie because we wanted a non-alc wine that actually tasted like wine, and wasn’t full of sugar, calories, or juice.

Crafted from full-strength wine and gently de-alcoholized to preserve its character, Nouvie delivers the complexity, aroma, and ritual of sparkling wine with less than 0.5% ABV.

Recently awarded Gold at the World Sparkling Wine Awards for its Sparkling Viognier Can, Nouvie is quickly becoming a premium non-alcoholic option for sports, hospitality, and entertainment moments – and just as at home on a quiet night in, a summer picnic, or a boat day.
