TLB Holdings, Inc. is Minnesota based woman owned apparel company founded in 2003 by Tammy Boyd. Ms. Boyd has been in the retail industry over 30 years with extensive experience with all types of retailers, including department stores, big box and specialty. The company launched it’s own brand Leo & Nicole™ in 2005, with distribution to better department stores.

TLB Holdings, Inc. utilizes a socially compliant variety of factories to produce our fine clothing. Our long-standing partnerships with the largest clothing factories in Asia ensure we are able to provide the high-quality garments one would expect of small batch production, but at any volume. TLB Holdings, Inc. employs the use of Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (W.R.A.P.) certified facilities affording our customers the knowledge the product we supply is not only well made, it is made humanely. Whether it is made in Asia or the U.S.A., we take great pride in knowing our factories are ethical and on the forefront of human rights.
